Newest Information on PPE and Medical Assistance Efforts
We've been busy over last while Cap'n!
We are now working with and helping provide PPE and Medical product supplies and assistance to different parts of Canada for Hospitals, Essential services and other facilities using our print lab in coordination with Porzellan.png and our other partners.
As of April 1st we have been working closely with a few hospitals and other areas on releasing two new medical and PPE use EVA ranges which currently are being tested with us and our partners, we also now will be helping bring in more products to help build PPE for themselves or family and friends including things like Stretch Elastic and Elastic Cord materials and buckles, 130TC Black Cotton Fabrics for masks and more as the crisis continues and will be adding them to our stores.

Covid-19 Updates
With recent events happening around the world we have been monitoring and following along with all of our couriers, suppliers and partners throughout our network with daily, weekly and AHS/Govt updates. With this in mind we have now changed and altered our services to the community while staying open as normal and these changes are in effect to better help us and the public alike with our company's distancing measures and fulfilment measures combined.

Product Delays and Item Updates
We are always working very hard to keep everyone updated with our companies products available through our stores and online shop and we have many products onboard which help you stay crafting! Unfortunately with this in mind we have many suppliers that we are reselling or distributing for and we may have or might have delays in the future so we will do our best to help keep you updated on items that are currently pending but might be affected because of logistics. Currently most items we do have many products still available but with demand we will sell them as needed but our restock supply logistics may be affected. These items are located currently as below;

- Local Pickup is no longer available until further notice.
- Phone Line Monitoring has been suspended until further notice, Please contact us via our new 24/7 Email support program.
Support@redmooncosplay.com with 24/7 response for all matters including suppliers, purchasing, order interaction, All other matters are (1) day delay.
- Order Picking and Processing is now closed off from Support, Purchasing teams unless contacted via email to ensure social distancing and isolation between teams.
- All of our store locations across Alberta and British Columbia have had orders shipped pre lockdown phases to ensure stock on hand at locations and will be assessed as needed in these communities during these times.
- All Mail (Canada Post), Courier (UPS, Purolator, DHL) and S.H.I.P services are not guaranteed to leave on time or in our normal 12 - 48 hour window. Some orders will be shipped held and shipped depending on daily courier and mail pickup schedules be altered. All Packages will leave asap as we deem fit on this note.
- Normal Expedited and Express Guarantee are not available until further notice, This is a change beyond our control and all shipment providers have extended this onto us.
- Mail and Courier Signature is suspended until further notice. We have now implemented insurance on all packages in lieu of this to keep our customers products safe and us protected should something come up during shipment. No additional fees for this service to orders will be added at this time.
- Our Warehouses have also moved to 24/7 Fulfillment and (1) Day delay response time on support for emails not related to orders in our system or supplier inquiry.
