Flexi Paint is used to coat foams, latex, and fabric, it then provides a finished flexible, durable rubber service. No latex is needed, no primer is needed. Acrylic paints may be added in small quantities to customize the shades. Once the project is dry, a spray of silicone or silicone oil ( for shining car tires/dashboards) will seal the whole thing and remove the subtle tack
