This page is dedicated to explaining about our Warranty and Returns Policies that we carry with our products and or items that we sell via our website, store and at conventions or events.
We have a few things that are set in place that will allow us to give the best service possible in order to help everyone out! Please take note and read them all here, If you decide to purchase and/or shop via us we would like for everyone to read these terms below and understand them.
If you purchase anything from us; both us as a company and you as a customer/entity will adhere and agree to all of the following terms at all times unless at our discretion deem otherwise.
Red Moon Cosplay Solutions normally does not offer any warranty on any product that we sell from any vendor; However we do offer the following as a warranty clause or promise in order to help solve this problem and ensure happiness from all entities with every order.
Customers are able to contact us within 48 hours after receiving their purchase for any product if there are any problems from handling/shipping problems in order to apply to claim from us.
Our quality assurance program offers better security/gratuities than most companies selling products in order to ensure perfect orders every time.
- All Items will be guaranteed to be sold with a report from our Quality Assurance Program. - All Items will be sold in the state of "Brand New" from vendor or company we receive it from before selling. Unless clearly indicated or stated on our website, sale tables, any/all locations where our products are available. - If you have a problem with any product we sell or you have gotten from us please do not hesitate to contact us about it at the following information so that we can look into it for you. Our friends and colleagues, partners and many customers love us for a reason. We're all ears buccaneers. Red Moon Cosplay Solutions does not offer returns on any product unless we authorize a return credit for something that is out of ours or the customer's control, (Recall notice, faulty manufacturing,etc.)
All returns must be authorized with a return credit before being able to be sent back to us. We normally do not allow returns for anything we sell no matter where it is made/purchased from or from any company we purchase from.
All Sales are Final unless otherwise stated in an agreement on case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any problems on anything. Our customer service is second to none and we try to be here for everyone 24 hours a day 7 days a week however we can get busy and take a little while to respond, Normal response times for all support questions are on average from 30mins to 12 hours when messages are sent after 10:00PM MST. We love to chat and will respond as soon as we can no matter how busy we are.
By purchasing product from our website with or without you reading about the above information, you are agreeing to our terms listed here and will agree to follow them under all conditions.
Quality Assurance Program
Red Moon Cosplay Solutions offers an in house made assurance program that is second to none for looking after our customers from after customers purchase things from us to their doorsteps.
This program is simple and all back end without the customer needing to apply; sign up; or ask us about it. We do it automatically for every entity purchasing from us or our website.
We process all orders like a regular eCommerce website but also give people a written report about the time taken; products purchased, all items visually inspected for damage, missing pieces, etc; for products they ordered from us.
We include the report inside all parcels and packages we send out to people for their reference, please keep this report as a reference in the future if you ever need it to claim, report or talk to us about something. We will ask for an authorization number on the report if something arises.
This program offers gratuities which include but are not limited to giving people discounts, gift cards, free product replacements or anything we deem fit for each case by case basis per package, shipment, etc.
We will include, notify, report and offer all information in this report to each customer so they know just as much as we do in order to keep quality assurance equal and everyone under this program stays protected.
This is a free service that we have created and offer to EVERY purchase from us in order to show our dedication to helping be the best company we can be.
