This page is dedicated to explaining about our Warranty and Returns Policies that we carry with our products and or items or services that we sell/offer via our website, store and at conventions or events.
We have a few things that are set in place that will allow us to give the best service possible in order to help everyone out! Please take note and read them all here, If you decide to purchase and/or shop via us we would like for everyone to read these terms below and understand them.
If you purchase anything from us; both us as a company and you as a customer/entity will adhere and agree to all of the following terms at all times unless at our discretion deem otherwise.
This page is dedicated to explaining about our Warranty and Returns Policies that we carry with our products and or items or services that we sell/offer via our website, store and at conventions or events.
We have a few things that are set in place that will allow us to give the best service possible in order to help everyone out! Please take note and read them all here, If you decide to purchase and/or shop via us we would like for everyone to read these terms below and understand them.
If you purchase anything from us; both us as a company and you as a customer/entity will adhere and agree to all of the following terms at all times unless at our discretion deem otherwise.
All mentions and notes in any page on this website about our Donations, Donation/Charity Program, etc. will be in effect and true only after December 20th, 2016. And are not in effect until this date, If they are listed in any page and/or policy they are for reference until the stated date above.
Red Moon Cosplay Solutions will adhere to the following;
- All Purchases from us will be sold in CAD currency no matter where it is purchased from. (Online, In Store, Convention, etc.) Unless otherwise stated.
- All Purchases will be sold from us at the condition of "Brand New" and have no upfront problems, damage, etc.
- All Purchases online will be inspected via our Quality Assurance Program in order to ensure all products shipped are inspected and checked.
- All Purchases online will be entered into the Anchor's Away Program after the total purchase exceeds $15.00CAD pre tax.
- All Customers will be informed and reimbursed if necessary via the Quality Assurance Program to our discretion.
- All Customers purchases will be entered in our Charity Program after purchases exceed $15.00CAD pre tax.
- All Orders, Problems and Disputes, Events or Interactions with any entity from Customers, to Affiliates, Partners, Charities, etc.will be handled with our best customer service possible in order to keep all parties happy; We have the right to defend ourselves on any interaction if required as well though.
- All Customers will be notified of their donations to us as well as if we donate on their behalf.
- All Customers will be treated equally and fairly at all times for Sales, Warranties, Returns within reason but we as company have the right to refuse service to any entity we deem required to on a case by case basis. We must offer a document to support this claim/reasoning on any entity case.
- All our rules are designed with the community, our company and fairness in mind however can be amended and changed on this page at anytime, All changes are posted and updated for people to see when we amend things.

Customers will adhere to the following;
- When required by us as a company, all customers will provide us with required information needed to make purchases, warranty or returns, general help.
- All Information given will be true to the fullest ability of the entity giving the information and all customers will not lie or use false, stolen, fake information.
- All purchases made with us are understood to carry no warranty unless specified on the product information pages for said items purchased or stated otherwise.
- Customers will provide all money in owing via charge accounts within NET30 days in order to not accrue interest to their accounts and keep them within good standing and all entities with charge accounts understand all of the benefits and consequences of using/applying/owning a charge account.
- Customers/entities who affiliate, purchase, use or work with us in anyway understand our decision in any problem that arises is final, No negotiations however can be discussed with us in multiple forms of media before a final decision is made. - All customers understand that price changes, sale promotions and discounts are not forever and/or prices are subject to change on terms notified to the public for all sales, but regular price increases from unforeseen things or processes like manufacturing costs, shipping costs, etc. are understandable. All discontinued items, or discounts on regular items are also able to be shown at our discretion.
- All customers understand our company has no access to your payment methods at anytime no matter how you pay as we as a company use world leading technologies and 3rd party companies to handle your information so we have no way to lose your digital payment information. We can authorize payments, returns, etc. via these companies in order to function but we do not store your debit/credit information on our servers or networks. Please visit our security policies page for more information.
- Customers will work with us in order to preform any information required in making sales, authorizing returns or general help when required and/or function towards a service provided from us at all times, Included by but not limited to; Providing information; payment information; contact information, etc.
